- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have had a horrible experience with this group as I am switching doctors. They won't send anything to the new dr without a fee.. and of my other 20 doctors I have gone to they are the only ones who have charged. They won't even let me walk into the office and get MY records without charging me. This is absolutely ridiculous. They didn't tell me about the fee until they had "supposedly" already sent everything over (they didnt). Then when I just wanted to walk in and get my stuff they were very rude about it. Unless you want your medical records under lock and key and you can never access them.. dont go here!July 29, 2017by Lauren Nash
